9 Ways to KILL your Motivation And Your Online Business Fast
1. No goal: When I hear people complain for not being motivated to do anything. I noticed that majority of them it’s because they don’t have any goals that excite them enough to do anything.
2. Negative people: one comment of discouragement is often enough to kill any motivation you may have. You are advice to avoid people who constantly make negative comments directed towards you. If you want to maintain your motivation.
3. Negative news: your motivation will suffer greatly when you barely have enough energy to move around and do stuff. Being fit plays a big role in your motivation. A good diet and exercise regimen will help with that.
4. Low energy: bad news sells. If you focus too much on the bad things that are happening in this world, that may suck the motivation right out of you. No matter how good things are, the media will always have something bad to report. Try to focus on what’s good instead.
5. Lack of self-confidence: Like my father says to me all the time “best way to kill someone is to kill his self-confidence because without it, he will lose everything in a slow painful way” — and that’s true! You could be inspire and motivated by a book or a movie you see. But if you don’t believe you can pull something off, you will eventually stop. You must truly believe you can achieve your goals, unless, you will soon start doubting yourself and when that happen, and then kiss your motivation goodbye.
6. Distraction: distraction can come from anywhere. It tends to throw our focus off course. If you stay off course for too long, your motivation will deteriorate. Imagine you’re on the high way speeding with 100Miles per hour and you stop every 10 minutes and then starting again. If you keep doing it, this will damage your car breaks. The same goes with our brain when we get distracted.
7. Not taking action: when you don’t take action towards your goal, your motivation will die off fast. Once you have a goal you must take action immediately, no matter the day it falls on.
8. Investing your time on invaluable tasks/situations: one thing we can’t buy or get it back is our time so be careful how you spend it and with who. This tip alone worth a $1,000,000 if you implement it but $0 if you don’t. If you want to apply this on your business always ask yourself “Is this a money making task? Will it make me money?”
9. Multi-Tasking: Doing multiple things at once harms your focus and your brain in the long-run. Imagine building 5 houses from scratch at the same time, you put one stone to one after another, how long will it take you to finish all 5 houses? You would finish 1 house 5 times faster.
