  1. Hi Bill,

I can’t remember if this option is available… is there an option to add a code to suppress the video thumbnails that YouTube shows after a video has played? I know there was a switch that could be used when embedding the video clip on your website page, just wondered if that’s available with VooPlayer.

At the moment I’m hosting my video on Amazon S3, but I’d like to use video clips straight off YouTube but don’t want my viewers encouraged to click another clip that takes them off to another website.

    • Hey Carol – Honestly in VooPlayer videos in which I’ve used Youtube I don’t remember ever having this issue. If/when you come across this can you send the URL of the page to our helpdesk? This way we can take a look at it and see if we can make an adjustment for that. I already told my guys to watch out for this too when they are testing. Thanks!

  2. Is there anything we need to do to enable these updates or do they just happen when we put in a Vooplayer short code?

  3. Hey Bill,

This news about the updates comes at the perfect time. I have been trying to get the videos to work correctly on an iPad since the size stayed static. Making them responsive will be nice! The other fixes look great as well. How do I get the updates and can I update the existing videos I have now?

Thanks for continuing to improve your product!

    • Hey Jim – Just answered a similar question above :) You don’t need to do anything, they should already reflect in existing videos right now. If you see something that doesn’t look right definitely send us a ticket but all video past and present should have all new features and fixes.

  4. I had my doubts some time ago about this player but I have to admit that it’s the easiest way to deliver great videos with all the options to capture customers name and other details you need. Thanks for this service:0-)

  5. Hi Bill,

just popped into my VOOplayer account and noticed a new button; pop-up video code. Curious to know how this works. Is there a release note about it at all?
